The Vehicle Maintenance program was first created by M & M Programming, Inc. in 1995 for the Marion and Washington County, Kentucky School Bus Maintenance departments.  In 1999, the program was updated for use by the Marion County Road/Sanitation Department.  The program calculates bus fuel cost, tracks inventory status, as well as, ordering status, & work orders.

Since the last update has made the program more flexible for use by any vehicle maintenance facility, M & M Programming, Inc. has decided to market this program.  The purchase price of $700.00 includes one year of unlimited telephone support.

The downloadable demo is a WinZip file.  (If you do not have WinZip, you may go here to download it for free.).  Once you have it saved out on to your hard drive and unzipped the file, go to the appropriate folder and run “setup”.  The setup program will place an icon on your desktop for your convenience. The demo allows you to enter two records, edit and run reports.  Be sure to go into the setup and enter your company name, address, etc.

Should you decide to purchase the package, call 1-800-337-3601 to obtain your registration number to unlock the limited access.  To uninstall the package, go to your control panel, then into add/remove programs, highlight Vehicle Maintenance and click your remove button.
