If your definition of tracking classroom schedules means flipping through stacks of paperwork, trying to find that one record you need, then we can help! After listening to the needs of a local community college, M & M Programming, Inc. set out to design a software package which would help schools track critical class-related data. The result of this effort is CAP— M & M’s Classroom Assignment Planner. Designed for College Campuses From data about the school and its campuses to individual classes, CAP stores all of the information necessary to track classroom assignments. But it doesn’t stop there—much more data is saved in CAP’s large database. Employee IDs, PeopleSoft Class numbers (if used), prerequisites, room types and even items located within a particular room are easily accessible in the various entry forms and reports provided with the package. CAP also makes it easy to plan classes for the next semester. A simple click of a button copies an assignment and carries the user to the new entry for editing. If the class is offered at the same time and in the same room for the next semester, all the user has to do is change the semester field on the new entry. That’s all there is to it! |
